Tito Ver, what s the diff between an honorary consulate and the regular consular office? Magkaiba ba yung ambassador or still yung ambassador natin sa Berlin? Parang satellite office po ba yan?

honorary consulate is appointed by the amb.. for every region or state.. they have the same work like an ordinary consular office.. but they are not doing passport renewal.. tsaka sarili ng hobn consul ang gastos
